With regard to Oria, your exchanges or those of your adviser in connection with our Oria chatbot, we use Microsoft Azure and OpenAI technologies. However, we do not transmit your personal data to them. It is therefore anonymised. Finally, although not foolproof, a filter has been added to remove personal data provided by customers to the chatbot.

- To authenticate users in order to allow them to continue a test or access results.
- To allow authorised advisors and, where applicable, account managers to access the information necessary for their professional duties.
- Support consultants in managing and monitoring completed or ongoing tests.
- Produce collective and anonymised statistics for normative and scientific purposes.
- Adjust test results to standards calibrated by age, gender, or geographical origin, where relevant.
- Perform anonymous statistical analyses, particularly to study the temporal stability and scientific validity of the tests.
- Use contextual information shared by the counsellor to enrich the client's Oria-assisted reflection (a conversational robot specialising in educational and career exploration).
- Use certain data from the use of Oria to continuously improve the quality, relevance and functioning of this service.
6. Oria – information sharing by the advisor
When using Oria, an authorised counsellor may, in the course of their professional duties, enter or share certain information about a client to support Oria-assisted reflection, particularly in relation to:
- psychometric test results;
- educational and career exploration;
- the client's stated objectives, preferences, or constraints, as well as any other relevant information about the client in relation to educational and career guidance and information.
7. Oria – artificial intelligence and continuous learning
Oria is a tool to assist with educational and career exploration. It does not make any automated decisions that have a legal or significant effect on users and does not replace the professional judgement of the counsellor.
Oria operates in a continuous learning mode aimed at improving the quality, consistency and relevance of its suggestions. To this end, certain information may be used to:
- improve Oria's models, rules, and reasoning mechanisms;
- refine the relevance of the suggestions made;
- improve the overall quality of the service.
The data used for Oria's continuous learning is systematically anonymised or aggregated and does not allow for the identification of any individual, either directly or indirectly. Learning respects the principles of minimisation, proportionality, security, and transparency.
8. Direct client access to Oria
In certain contexts, a customer may access Oria directly when their adviser authorises them to do so.
Before accessing Oria for the first time, specific and separate consent is required from the customer, confirming in particular that the customer understands and accepts:
- the use of their test results in Oria;
- the use of the information they enter into Oria to support their decision-making;
- their authorised adviser's access to this information;
- the supervised use of certain information for the purpose of continuously improving Oria.
9. Retention of information
Information that personally identifies a user is retained:
- up to 5 years in Canada;
- up to 2 years in the European Union and the United States,
