How we use personal data
Personal data collected on our site will only be used for the purposes specified in this policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose. The data we collect when you submit a form may be used for the following purposes:
1. Indicate your first name and surname in the list of available reports so that your consultant can identify you and produce your test reports.
2. For security purposes use this information to authenticate you if you need to continue a test already started or download your results reports.
3. To allow your advisor and, if applicable, the account manager(s) of the company you are taking the test from to access this information if you have started the test and have not yet completed it. Thus, if you are unable to authenticate yourself to continue a test that has already been started, they will be able to provide you with this information in order to authenticate yourself and thus continue a test that has already been started.
4. Assist advisors who use our tests so that they can find their clients' tests in their platform or can find unfinished tests so that they can have their clients complete them.
5. Collect collective and anonymous statistics on age, gender, country of residence and country of origin for the collective normative data associated with our tests.
6. Allow your test results to reflect normative data calibrated to your age range and gender, if applicable.
7. Identify whether the same people have completed the same test several times, and thus conduct a collective and anonymous temporal stability study in the items measured in our tests.

How long we store personal data
In Canada, we keep your first name, last name, telephone number and/or e-mail address for 5 years. In the United States and Europe, we retain them for 2 years. Your test results remain available thereafter, but all your personally identifiable information is destroyed. Your first name, last name, etc. are no longer visible. In the report production list, only the test numbers and the date on which they were completed will remain available to advisors and to the account manager(s) of the company that has you complete our tests.
Data about your age, gender, country, and country of origin is retained for our normative data collection. This information allows us to ensure that our normative data is as representative and relevant as possible. In addition, when we carry out general and anonymous studies, this data which does not allow you to be personally identified is relevant to identify the general statistics of our samples on age, gender, etc. Finally, it is possible that following a study, a new avenue of general statistical analysis will be deemed relevant to use. For all these reasons, these other data on your age, your gender, your country, and your country of origin which, taken together, do not allow you to be personally identified are kept for as long as they can be useful for these purposes.
